Skype Founder to Speak at Internet Telephony Expo

Niklas Zennström, the inventor and founder of the Skype peer-to-peer communication phonomenon has accepted an invitation to deliver a keynote address at the Internet Telephony Conference & Expo. The event is taking place this October in Las Angeles, and will be hosted by Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC), which owns a number of telecommunications related magazines and internet publications.

As a prominent market leader, Zennström will share his unique perspective on internet telephony and the VoIP industry, and give updates on some of his own company’s services.

Other speakers at the event include former FCC Chairman Michael Powell, former HP CEO Carly Fiorina, and executives from several prominent technolgy companies, including Yahoo, Nortel, Cisco, and Toshiba, among others.
