New Mobile Music Service For Cingular Customers

2:14 pm on September 27, 2005 | Category: Web Services

A recent agreement between Cingular Wireless, Billboard Mobile, and MFORMA will allow cell phone users to interact with music in a whole new way.

A first-of-its-kind application created by Billboard and MFORMA will be provided to Cingular Wireless customers, allowing them to access music-related news, charts, song samples, and concert dates, directly from their mobile phones. The service will be closely integrated with Billboard.com, which allows users to search music by artist, genre, or category, and offers user-friendly ways for people to easily find information about the music they’re looking for.

The new service will be available to Cingular Wireless customers at a monthly price of $3.99, starting next month.
