Rogers Pleased with VoIP Response

After only two months in the VoIP telephony business, Rogers Communications Inc. is happy with customer response so far, said CEO Edward Rogers Jr. on Tuesday.

The company has found that customers react positively to the bundling of VoIP with other services, such as cable television, broadband internet access, and wireless subscriptions. Rogers subscribers receive a 15% discount on their VoIP bill when they bundle it with other services.

“You see it from customers, where they commit to the company, that they would like to be valued for the business that they’re giving us,” Rogers commented.

    2. It’s available in most cities across eastern Canada, but you’ll have to check with Rogers to check exact coverage details in your local area.

    3. It is a complete lie that they bundle the VOIP with other services. They say they provide the home phone VOIP service as another company, and they cannot bundle it with your current services.

So do not get fooled with Rogers at all about any discount.
