Comparison Shopping Improves Satisfaction
12:16 am on November 13, 2005 | Category: Telecom ServicesThe results of a recent cell phone satisfaction survey suggest that customers who comparison-shop for mobile devices will most likely be happier with their purchases in the long term.
According to the study’s findings, the majority (56%) of customers who comparison-shop and consider all their options later describe themselves as “satisfied”, while the same was true for only 46% of impulse buyers.
This just goes to show that it’s always a good idea to explore all your options, and make sure that you’re making the right decision before your purchase, not after.
