Korean cell phone maker, LG has once again scored #1 in terms of customer satisfaction, according to a new survey by a market research firm called Strategy Analytics.

This result is similar to that of previous studies, and further proves LG’s reputation as a quality handset maker. The company succeeded in satisfying 80% of US customers, and 86% of customers in Europe.

Another interesting statistic that came out of this study is that about 50% of cell phone users describe themselves as dissatisfied by the quality of camera phone photos. This development could easily spur electronics manufacturers to begin putting more priority on high image resolution and quality.

This could be a good thing, just as long as they don’t go too far by halting the production of cheaper low-resolution camera phones. After all, they also need to keep in mind the 50% of camera phone users that are happy with things as they are.
