Samsung Offers RAZR Competition
5:35 am on December 28, 2005 | Category: Business, Mobile Devices
Earlier this month, Samsung launched their new MM-A900 handset, which some have called a direct attack on America’s most popular cell phone, the Motorola RAZR.
Over 12.5 million people have purchased the RAZR in the past year, due to its top-of-the-line features, attractive design, chemically etched keypad, and stylish aluminum coating.
Although slightly more bulky in design than the RAZR, Samsung’s handset comes equipped with a good arsenal of multimedia features, including wireless music downloads, live TV, Sirius satellite radio capability, and a 1.3-megapixel digital camera.
Sprint is now offering the MM-A900 at US$199 after rebate, the same price as the RAZR V3c.
Sprint and Samsung will have a quite a challenge ahead of them if they really hope to compete with Motorola’s strongly branded star phone, but the powerful selection of multimedia features makes the A900 far more than just another RAZR copycat.

my friend scotty came home with me from school and had his razr phone….which fell into the toilet. we tried to get it out by scooping it up with a smallpot, by using gloves we finally did.
it took us bout 10 minutes to finally get it out. and ater it dried out..it still works! that’s what i call a good cell phone!
