Time Warner Digital Phone Service Hits Key Milestone
4:45 am on December 7, 2005 | Category: Telecom Services, VoIP
US cable giant, Time Warner’s VoIP telephony service has just hit the major milestone of 1 million subscribers. Of these million people, about 75% of them are also using Time Warner’s broadband and digital cable services.
This just goes to show how much a company can achieve by bundling several different related services. Offering a triple play (TV, voice, and internet) suite of services is a sure way to lure new customers, and build overall brand loyalty.
By using this “triple play†bundling strategy, Time Warner has managed to build a solid base of digital phone customers, despite the fact that other VoIP companies like Vonage are charging significantly less for a very similar service.

Sorry, but I don’t think there’s much that I personally can do to help you. You need to contact your provider’s support line for details specific to your specific service.
(I’ve X’ed out your confirmation and telephone numbers for your security.)
