BT Gets Contract to Improve Microsoft Support Infrastructure

BT has been given a two-year contract to unite 77 separate Microsoft call centers around the globe into a single centrally managed system.
Over the duration of the agreement, BT will design, create, deploy, and manage a network-based environment for customer service and support.
The end goal will be to improve the quality and availability of customer service, while making better use of call center agents.
