Telecom services provider, Cincinnati Bell has made plans to buyout Cingular’s 19.9% share in their wireless services unit, according to a recent SEC filing.

Cincinnati Bell already owns 80.1% of the joint venture, but has recently decided to pay for a full 100% interest. The deal is valued at $83 million, and will likely be completed sometime in February.

The company that is being traded currently provides cell phone service to customers in Indiana, Kentucky, and Ohio.
