GPS timing and control leader, Pirmex Wireless Inc., is continuing to aggressively pursue a patent infringement lawsuit against Visiplex Technologies, Inc.

Primex alleges that Visiplex has violated one of their patents with some of their products. If the lawsuit succeeds, Visiplex will have to pay damages, and permanently stop manufacturing, selling, and using the accused products.

“We will continue to aggressively protect the Primex Wireless technology patents and intellectual property by moving these lawsuits toward resolution as swiftly as possible,” said Primex CEO, Paul Shekoski. “It is critical that our customers, business partners and the marketplace in general understand the complete facts are not misled by the innuendos and false information circulating about the proceedings.”
