Motorola Launches Sliding RAZR Variation
5:30 am on March 20, 2006 | Category: Mobile Devices
Motorola has launched a new variation on its popular RAZR cell phone, with more features, and updated format, and its own distinct brand name.
The “Z Slider†has a 2.2-inch display, 1.3-megapixel digital camera, integrated MP3 player, and slim sliding design, with a width of just 14.8mm.
The new phone was developed in South Korea, and has only been launched in that country for the time being, on SK Telecom’s CDMA wireless network.
No word yet on when the Z Slider will reach users in North America, but if it proves successful in Korea, expanding this hot new handset to the global market will likely be high on Motorola’s priority list.
