This is an excellent selling feature for the MDU/MFU space. Apartment communities are eating up the ability to purchase cable and Internet services at wholesale rates and pass along the savings to their residents with a small rent increase that also includes a mark-up. This increases their revenue and improves the image of the property, so with the popularity of VoIP this is just another way to bundle necessary services and increase residuals.
