The world’s leading search engine, Google Inc., announced yesterday that it is cooperating with China Mobile to develop wireless search services for Chinese cell phone users.

Google has agreed to provide the Asian wireless carrier with its jealously guarded online search technology, in hopes of tapping into the 120 million strong Chinese mobile phone market.

The search giant says that it hopes to see the jointly developed search service broadly launched in the early part of this year.
