Time Warner Cable Begins Reselling Sprint Cell Phone Plans
6:45 am on February 14, 2007 | Category: Telecom Services, Telephone, Wireless, Cell Phones
American pay-TV provider, Time Warner Cable, has started reselling Sprint’s wireless voice plans in the cities of Raleigh, NC and Austin, TX, adding its own wireless multimedia component to the service packages.
Time Warner’s recently divested Cable division is offering two tiers of wireless data service, which will cost $15 and $25 respectively, in addition to the cost of a Sprint wireless voice plan. The $15 basic package comes with unlimited email, web browsing, and the option to order a la carte video channels, while the $25 Premium service includes a number of built-in video features.
Although Time Warner Cable won’t immediately be bundling the service with its existing broadband and pay-TV offerings, it will offer free mobile-to-home and home-to-mobile calling for existing Time Warner Digital Phone customers.

Does Time Warner have a cellphone compatible with their TV package deals? Need to buy a cellphone and would like it to be part of Time Warner’s TV package deals.
