When I got cable with Charter I was told that we would be able to get high speed cable connection for our computer and a phone line through our computer by the end of September. Now I am hearing from Charter we really couldn’t tell you… Please note the reason I went with Charter is because of the new services that you were adding and the fact that I was told we would have those services by the end of Sept. 07. As I said I have called every month and asked when your new services are starting in our area approx. 15 miles from Salem (our state capital) we are in Dallas Oregon. I have been told October, when I called in November they said they couldn’t say when we will be getting the service… Whats up are we getting the internet and phone service in this area or not… or will it be 2 or 3 years down the road????? once again the only reason I went with Charter is because of the services I was promised with-in a month of signing up!
