RealSeekr.com Integrates Real Estate Search, Social Networking, VoIP

A new website called RealSeekr.com is integrating real estate services, VoIP technology, and social networking, allowing homebuyers and real estate agents communicate using Skype, Twitter, and mobile text messaging.

“With RealSeekr, we have utilized the newest Web technologies to make home search – Social, Useful & Fun,” commented RealSeekr founder and CEO, Grant Freer. “To encourage interaction among users, we have incorporated a number of ways for buyers, sellers and agents to communicate – including Skype, SMS texting and Twitter connectivity.”

RealSeekr takes advantage of numerous advanced VoIP features, such as videoconferencing, and offers online photos and virtual tours of properties listed.

“By working in harmony with MLS’s and REALTOR Associations, as well as partnering with brokers and agents on a local and regional level throughout North America, utilizing IDX raw data feeds, we are making sure that the quality, reliability and integrity of the listing data available to RealSeekr users is of the highest caliber,” Freer explained.
