As consumers show more and more interest in multimedia-enabled mobile phones, Rogers Wireless has made Nokia’s latest XpressMusic handset available in the Canadian market.
The Nokia 5310 XpressMusic phone comes with a 1GB microSD memory card, and can support up to 4GB of external memory (enough to store up to 3,000 song downloads). The handset also boasts a “dedicated music chip,” and dedicated music and multimedia controls.
Additional feature include a built-in video recorder, 2-megapixel digital camera, Bluetooth 2.0, USB 2.0, and support for Rogers MobileMail to access emails on the go. It has enough battery life for 5-hours of talk time or 12.5 days of standby.
The phone is currently available in Canada through Rogers Wireless, at a discounted price of $99.99 on a three-year service agreement.
