Indiana-based fiber-optic telecom operator, Cinergy MetroNet, has added Integra5’s TV caller ID feature to its residential IPTV service.

The caller ID feature is being offered at no extra cost to triple-play (voice/data/video) subscribers, or $2.95/month to customers that use voice and video only.

Customers can access a ‘network address book’ on Cinergy MetroNet’s web portal to organize contacts for on-screen notifications, and customize them with nicknames and photos. It is also possible to view a log of recent calls, and manage call settings using this feature.

“Our investment in an all-fiber optic network represents our commitment to providing an unparalleled user experience for our customers,” commented Cinergy MetroNet vice president, Kevin Stelmach. “Integra5’s Converged Services Platform allows us to consistently deliver on this commitment through advanced, value-added services that our subscribers can personalize and control – starting with caller ID on TV today – and offering the flexibility to meet our subscribers’ changing communications preferences with the addition of other new real-time communications services across TVs, PCs, and landline and mobile phones.”
