Rogers Wireless has started training its employees to use the forthcoming BlackBerry Curve 8520 device, according to an internal email leaked on CrackBerry.com.
“The National Sales & Service Training team is very excited to announce the launch of the new BlackBerry 8520 Smartphone E-Learning training program now available on Rogers FastTrack,” the company wrote in a message to employees. “This short e-learning module will demonstrate the features of the BlackBerry Curve as well as help you qualify your customer.”
The new Curve device features a full QWERTY keyboard with track pad, built-in Wi-Fi, and multimedia capabilities. It is expected to be available through Rogers Wireless in the first week of October.
