In today’s competitive economy, it’s only natural for small businesses to expect enterprise-quality telephone service at an affordable price. More and more of these businesses are looking to VoIP technology as a way to achieve this.
One company that promises a “Fortune 500-quality phone system on a small business budget” is Vocalocity, an Atlanta, Georgia-based carrier offering Hosted PBX VoIP services. Vocalocity hosts and maintains all the necessary equipment and delivers phone service over a broadband network. Businesses pay a flat fee per user, eliminating worries about time spent on the phone, and most businesses report saving between 50% and 85%, compared to traditional telephone service.
Vocalocity deals exclusively with small businesses (generally those with less than 50 employees), and puts a strong emphasis on eliminating hassles and making VoIP simple.
“I unpacked the box, assembled the phones, plugged them in and they worked,” commented on satisfied customer. “It was a very simple process. With our headquarters being 3,000 miles away and having to travel a lot, I needed a phone system that worked and that I could count on having no troubles with. Vocalocity eliminated the need for any IT support in my company.”
Vocalocity currently offers unlimited small business VoIP for just $39.99 per month per user, including unlimited calling within the U.S. and Canada.
