I believe you may be incorrect, as not many users would utilize 100Mbps Upstream. I believe you may be incorrect, as not many users would utilize 100Mbps Upstream. And if they are launching with 20Mbps downstream then Bell still has a long way to go to catch the Cable Co’s.
