BlackBerry Bold 9700 Now Available in White

Despite its iconic ‘BlackBerry’ brand name, Research In Motion will soon offer yet another of its smartphones — the BlackBerry Bold 9700 — in a white colour scheme.

RIM had previously launched the Bold 9000 and Curve 8520 devices in white, so as to better address consumer demand.

The white Bold 9700 is initially available only in Thailand, but will likely be launched in other markets around the world in the months to come.
