Canada’s two biggest cell phone operators, Rogers Wireless and Bell Mobility, have released pricing information for the Apple iPhone 4, which is set to launch across the country tomorrow.

Bell will offer a 16GB version of the iPhone 4 for $159.95, or a 32GB version for $269.95, both on a three-year contract.

Rogers is offering the same deal on a three-year contract, but is extending the subsidized ($159.95 to $269.95) pricing to existing subscribers who already bought an iPhone 3G or iPhone 3GS on contract, and now wish to upgrade.

Both carriers are offering iPhone data plans with up to 6GB of monthly bandwidth at a cost of $30 per month. Bell will allow customers to share data between and iPhone 4 and Apple iPad for an additional $10 per month.
