Canada’s leading cell phone carrier, Rogers Wireless, has started selling Research In Motion’s BlackBerry Curve 9300, a mid-range smartphone combining 3G data capability with a budget-friendly price tag.

Like previous Curve devices, the 9300 will feature a full QWERTY keyboard. It will also come equipped with a 2.4-inch display, 2-megapixel digital camera, and built-in Wi-Fi, including support for the new and improved 802.11n WLAN specification.

The BlackBerry Curve 9300 is now available for $79.99 on a three-year Rogers Wireless contract, with month-to-month billing.
